You can create your own Web page using a Web editor, which is a special type of word processor designed to create Web pages.

You can also use your favorite word processor if it has the capability to convert a document into a Web page. The two leading word processors, Microsoft Word, and Corel Word Perfect can do this.

Finally, you can do it the old-fashioned way: type in HTML tags and the text yourself. It is easier than it might sound. You just type in some text, and put a few HTML tags in the right place, and you have a Web page.
